We encourage client participation in the inspection process. At the end of an inspection, we review our findings with clients using digital photography and field notes taken during the inspection. Our expertise does not end with the inspection; clients have free complementary phone consultation for as long as they own their homes. We want to be a company people turn to for knowledge, confidence and peace of mind to see them successfully through the purchase and ownership of their home.

Our inspection reports are computer generated with executive summaries, detail sections, and digital photographs. Reports are sequentially numbered for quick reference to help in establishing priorities. We can send reports via electronic mail or reports can be downloaded from our web site by the beginning of business the following morning.

What distinguishes us from other inspectors? Much of our business is word-of-mouth referral from satisfied customers and realtors, which is very gratifying.
